Roof spoiler Eurochassis L
At the end of 2009, based on experience with the Eurochassis XL roof spoiler, a further developed spoiler variant was created.
With valuable tips from Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. C. Tropea (Department of Fluid Dynamics and Aerodynamics at Darmstadt Technical University), we succeeded in getting the vacuum under control, even at higher speeds. The new spoiler geometry was given 2 symmetrical negative pressure openings and a convex breakaway edge. Furthermore, the new shape takes into account the opening angle of the MIDI-HEKI bracket version.
